The annual metformin side effects in men party that occurred inside the church on Dec. 18 was in complete keeping with this picture.
There was first a free supper in the basement provided by Douglas Historical Community Association members.
After that, those gathered climbed the church steps to await a visit from Santa and the hearty singing of many Christmas carols.
Each child had the chance for a few moments with the jolly old man, and each was given a stocking filled with candy and a small gift.
Afterwards, young and old alike joined in Christmas carols with the accompaniment of Myrna Regan on the church organ.
