Grandma Davis Enjoys 84th Birthday
The farm home of Mr. and Mrs. Kelly Davis was the scene of a happy gathering last Sunday. The occasion was in honor of the 84th birthday of Grandma Davis, who makes her home with her son. There were present, Mrs. Davis’ two sons, James and Alf, and their families, and Mrs. Ira Ogle and family. Mrs. Davis is Mrs. Ogle’s grandmother.
Mrs. Davis has resided here thirty-three years, being among the first settlers. Time is being kind to her, and as the years come and go, she still maintains a keen interest in her surroundings, in those who are dear to her, and the community. We trust she may enjoy many more pleasant occasions like the one Sunday.
