The third grade classroom is talking about “Seek First To Understand, Then Be Understood.” As a third grade student I know that seek first to understand means to listen to others, then have them listen to you, then solve the problem. You have to listen with your ears, eyes and heart. You can have so many friends if you seek first to understand.
