Shocker girls vs. CBSS at Town Toyota Center

The Waterville metformin er 1000 mg price Lady Shockers dominated the Columbia Basin Secondary School (CBSS) Phoenix 49-21 at the Town Toyota Center last week. They were slow to start, but coming out of half time, they woke up and stepped in to control the game. McKaylin Gormley was the star of the game, getting 17 points and 7 steals.

“McKaylin really came to play as this was no doubt her best game so far this year,” said Coach Chris Hill. Alex Landon also had a good game, having 8 points and 4 steals.

Coach Hill was very proud of his girls after their performance. He only wishes for one thing: better shooting.

“Had we been able to shoot a little better, this would have been even greater,” Hill said.

Alex Landon was the offensive Most Valuable Player of the game, Jessica Day was voted defensive MVP, and McKaylin Gormley got the game MVP after her outstanding performance.

“As I watch this group of girls continue to improve every day I often forget how young they are,” Hill said of the girls team. He said he is very proud of the effort the girls are giving every game and every practice.

They have a tough schedule coming up, as they play Bridgeport, Wilson Creek and Warden in the next two weeks to open up regular season play.
