Today I’m going to tell you about a great habit — Habit 7 — Sharpen the Saw.

Habit 7 is a great habit and I will tell you why.

But first you probably want to know what Sharpen the Saw is. Sharpen the Saw is helping your body, mind, soul and heart. For example, if you are exercising and eating healthy, you are helping your body. If you are listening to music or something relaxing that you like to do, you are helping your soul. When you are learning in different ways in different places, not just at school, you are definitely helping your mind. Finally, your heart. If you are helping out at home, helping someone off the ground or going to greet someone you know in the hospital, you are helping your heart. If you don’t “sharpen” all four, you might not be spending your life as good as someone who does “sharpen” all four. For example, if you are always exercising and helping your body and not spending enough time with family and heart, you probably aren’t as happy as possible and you should go out to dinner with your family or play with your family.

The main thing is taking care of your body by eating right, exercising and getting sleep. Spend time with family and friends. Learn in different ways, in different places.

This is the best habit in the seven habits because it completes all seven habits. Habit 1 — Be Proactive, Habit 2 — Begin with the End in Mind, Habit 3 — Put First Things First, Habit 4 — Think Win-Win, Habit 5 —Seek First to Understand, Then to be Understood, Habit 6 — Synergy, and (of course) Habit 7 — Sharpen the Saw. All fit in together with Habit 7. I hope you remember to use this habit!ng to tell you about a great habit — Habit 7 — Sharpen the Saw.
