‘The 7 Habits’ — Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind

Today I am going to tell you about the second habit — Begin with the End in Mind.

Begin with the End in Mind is a good habit for you to use. I will explain.

You plan ahead and set goals. You create a mission for your life. You can also use this habit to have a plan for your week!

For example, every Monday my third grade class makes a plan and checks over it to make sure our plan is good. For me, it is a fun process. I start with the roles I have in my life. I am a student, an athlete, card maker, gardener and a daughter. Then I write down the “big rocks,” priorities in my week. Finally, I put my “big rocks” in the right day of the week. That is how I use Habit 2.
