Bridgeport FFA students attend the Washington State FFA Convention on the campus of Washington State University in Pullman last May. The chapter is observing National FFA Week Feb. 22-28. During the week, members will meet with officials from the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction in Olympia and with various state senators and representatives. FFA Week provides members an opportunity to learn more about the legislative process and to discuss agricultural issues and promote agricultural education and FFA.

Bridgeport FFA students have been active throughout the year, traveling to the National FFA Convention in Louisville, Ky. last fall, the FFA Leadership Conference in Manson in October, and they attended the Spokane Ag Expo earlier this month. The chapter also hosts two community barbecues.
