Multicultural Festival to be held Jan. 13

WENATCHEE — This year’s Multicultural and Martin Luther King Jr. Festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Jan. 13 at the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center, 127 S. Mission St.

The event, a celebration of community diversity, will include performances, cultural displays, food, crafts and more. Hands-on activities will be available for kids.

The festival is free and open to the public.

Each year, the Diversity Advisory Council honors individuals, groups or organizations for their civil and social contributions to the community. The honorees will be announced and presented with the award at 10:15 a.m.
