WSU Extension holds workshop on preserving fish

NCW — Washington State University Extension will hold a series of workshops on preserving fish in August.

The workshops will cover how to safely preserve fish through freezing, dehydrating/smoking and canning.

They will be held Aug. 1 at the Omak Child Support building, 630 Benton St., , Omak; Aug. 8 at the Inchelium Head Start building; and Aug. 15 at the Keller Senior Meal site.

All sessions will be held from 5 to 7 p.m.
