Families attending the NCW Fair this year can look forward to visiting the Kids’ Zone. It will be open all four days of the fair, with enhanced activities from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Aug. 25 to coincide with Kid’s Day.

All four days, the Kids’ Zone will include mutton bustin’ (sheep riding for kids), pony rides, a mechanical bull, a toddler zone, bouncey houses, a tractor maze, the North Central Regional Library bus, Walt the Wolf, a Wenatchee Wild booth and “Frozen” t-shirt contest, pony hop races and more.

On Aug. 25, there will also be face painting, L-Bow the Clown, hair painting and the Tooth Fairy and SmileBugg from Children’s Dentistry of Wenatchee.

There will be wrist bands available all four days for the bouncey house. The Kids’ Zone will include many free activities, including face painting and hair painting. Separate vendors will charge for the mutton bustin’, pony rides and mechanical bull.
