Look at those eyes! Bertha is one special kitty, according to officials with the Wenatchee Valley Humane Society.

She is a 4-year-old, large-size, white/black/brown short-hair domestic mix.

Bertha is a very popular girl at the shelter. She is very social and meows to get your attention. Bertha loves to be petted and craves being near people as much as she can.

She was recently diagnosed with feline eosinophilic complex which is an allergy-related skin problem and not a disease. Bertha is doing so well right now, and this issue can be managed with a special diet. She can live a long healthy life, but there could be more veterinary care required if there is a flare-up.

Bertha truly is a gem and her fan club at the shelter is rooting for her to find a loving home.

Her adoption fee is $65.
