Sasha is one of those lovely ladies that will be dear to your heart, according to officials from the Wenatchee Valley Humane Society.

She is a 6-year-old, medium size, brindle American Blue Heeler/American pit bull terrier mix.

Sasha has soft and sad brown eyes looking up at you with hopes of being loved and adored.

She starts off on the shy side, but give her a few moments or just bring a tennis ball along and you can watch the transformation happen before your eyes. Sasha loves to play, yet maintains her manners during playtime.

She is good with male dogs and indoor cats, according to her previous owner. Sasha has been around kids of all ages, is house trained and rides well in the car.

She is looking for a quieter home with an owner who is home a lot to spend time with her. Sasha is also used to having a doggie door to a private fenced back yard to laze around in.

Her adoption fee is $125.

The Humane Society, 1474 S. Wenatchee Ave., is open 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. For information, call 662-9577, or visit wenatcheehumane.org or their Facebook page.
